All Anderson MBA students must participate in a two-quarter capstone course in the Applied Management Programs to graduate. The Advanced Topics in Management Capstone (ATMC) course fosters students' ability to think critically and solve complex problems related to an advanced topics in management through lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and guest lectures. In the ATMC courses, students will sharpen their analytical skills to enhance their ability to make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Students are expected to do a substantial amount of work outside the classroom. This position reports directly to the ATMC faculty lead and the Faculty Director of the Strategic Research Programs (SRP), jointly the "Faculty Directors". He/she is expected to work independently and collaboratively with Applied Management Program staff members and in coordination with the Faculty Directors. He/she will provide regular reporting and updates to the center team members for effective management.**Salary & Compensation**

**Qualifications**
- Student Affairs Demonstrated experience and knowledge of student affairs principles, course administration, class and event management. (required)
- Higher Education Knowledge and understanding of university travel policies, processes and reimbursement procedures. (required)
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments and adhere to deadlines with mínimal direction and supervision; manage multiple projects concurrently; be resourceful and adapt to changing priorities and workloads with a proactive positive attitude; and drive to initiate projects and new processes. (required)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and sensitivity awareness to interact appropriately and diplomatically with a diverse population including students, faculty, administrators, vendors, and international executives. (required)
- Skill in organizing material, information, and people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of efforts. Highly responsive with ability to create and meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner. (required)
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills; ability to relate complex information clearly, concisely and diplomatically. (required)
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems as they arise and keep others apprised of problems, be responsive and perform follow-up in a timely manner. (required)
- Ability to set goals and priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities when faced with fluctuating workloads, and competing requirements to meet deadlines. (required)
