BDI is looking for an Entry Level Data Processing Specialist for a unique production processing environment. Job responsibilities include job processing and customer service support. Applicant must be comfortable using a Windows-base computer workstation. As needed, we will teach you the technical skills needed to grow and advance.

**Job Duties**
- Learn custom software along with processing procedures.
- Support daily job processing, including setup of related marketing items.
- Review customer instructions prior to processing.
- Work closely with other team members to meet production demands and communicate errors.
- Identify and address problems with production jobs and workflows.
- Inspect job samples for accuracy and check related marketing for errors.
- Assist with customer service inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to pass a background check, assessment test, and drug screening.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a team environment within a business.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
- Time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize.
- Disciplined, dependable, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech savvy.
- Window and Microsoft Office knowledge (Word & Excel) required.
- Basic HTML Knowledge required.
- Basic graphics skills experience is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work after hours and/or on weekends when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
