Bookkeeper

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks for multiple clients.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with general ledger accounting tasks
- Adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Utilize 10 key typing for data entry efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with Quickbooks accounting software
- Knowledge of public accounting practices
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Familiarity with GAAP standards
- Ability to perform journal entries accurately
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus
- Strong skills in account reconciliation
