Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and be responsible for developing and strengthening relations with new and existing referral sources of new home care clients for the agency. The person in this role will promote our services by overseeing the agency website and online communications in addition to all marketing and advertising activities. They will proactively identify strategies to expand workforce recruitment and expand the agency’s client base.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships, coordinate and plan meetings with care managers, social workers, case management agencies, MLTCs, CHHAs, Doctor’s Offices, Hospitals, Senior & Community Centers and other contacts to generate and identify eligible home care client referrals.
- Advise potential clients or respective designated representatives on how to
obtain home care services, and work with the intake & case coordination team closely.
- Foster community partnerships to help generate new areas of cooperation in eldercare and home care services.
- Plan and implement events both in the field and online to generate new referrals for client services and the recruitment of home care aides.
- Educate referral sources of the agency mission and values that distinguish FCP from other home care agencies.
- Follow up on existing referrals and ensure that clients are enrolled in the agency.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms to promote agency services and job opportunities.
- Research latest business trends in the industry to create new opportunities and expand business
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and preparing strategies, plans, and objectives to generate business opportunities; plan and organize promotional presentations; participate in community events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and sales
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Preferred bilingual Chinese/English or Spanish/English
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in project management
- Good professional presentation skills
- Be a creative thinker and team player.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Have knowledge of Medicaid eligibility

Pay: $58,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
