- No**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the division; assists in program planning and development. Interprets, monitors, and analyzes information regarding operating policies and procedures: administers budgets; uses independent judgment, and coordinates staff personnel matters.
- Administers business, financial, and/or human resources affairs of the division. Develops and prepares reports. Supervises analytical functions for complex projects.
- Utilizes complex financial, human resources, and other information systems.
- Performs professional accounting work of a complex nature. Responsible for maintaining, auditing, inspecting, and reporting complex financial records of the division. Assists in the preparation of operational budgets.
- Assists in the coordination of pre-award and/or post-award activities relating to grant and contract proposals.
- Within areas of accountability (finance, HR, other business functions), ensures compliance with generally accepted principles in executing, analyzing, verifying, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the vice president, directors, managers, and project managers to set budget goals and ensure they’re followed.
- Compare the division’s estimated financial results with actual ones at the end of each reporting period and analyze the differences.
- Ensure that the department heads meet their budget submission deadlines.
- Make forecasts about budget needs for future accounting periods.
- Manage the IT procurement process end-to-end including, but not limited to: a) Entering and approving purchase requisitions. b) Sending purchase-related documentation/communication to vendors and internal stakeholders. c) Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the procurement process.
- Serves as a project leader on special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent

**Experience**
- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Good practical experience with financial٫ accounting and statistical software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including advanced tools and formulas٫ complex tables and charts
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with best practices and regulations in accounting and financial areas
- Ability to present budget and fiscal data in clear and comprehensive manner
- Excellent communication skills
