We are a mid sized Real Estate brokerage looking for a bookkeeper.

Requirements;
- We will need you to go to the office.
- At least 2 years QuickBooks experience.
- At least 2 years bookkeeping experience.
- Must be willing to be an independent contractor. Sorry but no benefits or tax withholdings.
- Will need to do some basic administrative tasks.
- We do property management as well. It would be ideal if you're willing to contact tenants past due on rent.

Hours;
- Flexible hours. As long as tasks are completed, the hours are very flexible. Ideally work will be conducted during business hours but it doesn't have to be five days a week.
- I anticipate this will be about 12-20 hours a week. It's hourly and work is as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
