**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the CEO to ensure the following:

- Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor team members to achieve operational goals, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to keep employees engaged, motivated, and committed to their work and the organization.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and conduct performance reviews to help team members develop and excel.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts among team members, departments, or stakeholders to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, share information, and facilitate collaboration.
- Team Building: Plan and execute team-building activities to strengthen relationships, promote collaboration, and enhance team cohesion.
- Employee Development: Identify training needs, provide learning opportunities, and support career growth for team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Change Management: Guide team members through organizational changes, helping them adapt to new processes, roles, or technologies while maintaining morale and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human resources effectively, ensuring the right people are in the right roles and have the necessary support to succeed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations related to employee management and workplace safety.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued, respected, and supported.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
