**Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR)** is currently hiring a Junior Project Manager. This position is responsible for working with and supporting the Senior Project Manager.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities with specialization in hydroblasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites, is collected, transported, and disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Assist with environmental / industrial projects (cost estimates, budget spreadsheet, subcontractors, etc.) while collaborating with internal and external clients.
- Assist with interfacing with the customer to ensure all requirements are met / customer satisfaction.
- Work with vendors / suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates.
- May coordinate with operations manager on work schedules / manpower needs.
- Work with team to complete assigned tasks.
- Develop project progress status reports.
- Identify work hazards and develop safety execution plans.
- Assist with administering contract and change orders.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- Work closely with Senior Project Manager and departments to coordinate & communicate relevant project information to the team.
- Prepare daily job packs.
- Assist with scheduling deadlines and maintaining project deliverables schedules for multiple projects.
- Maintaining project folders and ensuring document/record transfer information into project software
- Follow GEIR safety standards.
- Perform other duties as directed.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling software, etc.)
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and assignments.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees in all levels of the company. Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.

**Pay**:

- $45,000 to $55,000/year
