**Title**:Jr. Accountant

**Reporting To**:Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Salary Range**:$60,000 - $70,000

**Schedule**:Onsite | Westchase, Florida

Axiom Acquisition Ventures, LLC is looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to assist with the Company’s accounting operations. This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex financial records and reports while maintaining effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks. This individual will have the opportunity of working in an entrepreneurial environment amongst many other high achievers in the debt purchasing industry.

**This job is on-site Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Receivable.
- Calculate and prepare quarterly investor reporting.
- Create various reports for Owner’s upon request.
- Accounts Payable.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Perform regular review, research and reporting of financial management of projects, including sales performance.
- Ensure regular reporting and analysis including but not limited to monthly Budget Variance Analysis review with Executive Management and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Identify any area of assigned projects which requires the creation or refinement of systems and procedures. Work with CFO to create and implement.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting is preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of accounting experience is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to communicate effectively to all levels of leadership and colleagues.
- Ability to execute tasks and follow-through to completion with proper documentation.
- Ability to manage short
- and long-term priorities and create, implement, and maintain systems, processes and policies to support the achievement of them in a cost-effective manner.
- Integrity and honesty.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
