Evening Cleaner needed for maintaining the physical appearance and sanitation of an office building in Ipswich. This job is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, start time any time after 5:00pm. This job is 2.5 hours per night. This job will be overseen by the area supervisor for The Clean Team and the facilities manager of the facility.

**Job Duties**
- Dry and wet mopping solid floors throughout
- Wiping down/dusting horizontal surfaces
- Vacuuming the carpet in hallways and offices
- Trash removal and recycling
- Cleaning and Maintaining Bathrooms (cleaning fixtures, replacing disposable goods, disinfecting surfaces.)

**Skill's required**:

- Hard working and motivated. Must be able to keep yourself busy.
- Willingness to learn and be open to new methods.
- Good communication with management and customer.
- Ability to receive feedback from management.
- Good attitude.
- Reliability

No cleaning skills required. We will train you

**MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE NO EXCEPTIONS**

**All equipment and supplies will be supplies by us**

**7.50 hours per week**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
