Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze potential markets and customers
- Conduct research to identify new leads and potential customers
- Make outbound sales calls to prospects and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in the truck industry, sales or outside sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission. Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
