**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients on arrival, verify and update insurance coverage and collect applicable fees.
Schedule and confirm appointments in accordance with provider schedules and client needs.
Appropriately triage calls for crisis intervention.
Facilitate timely communication with the Clinic Coordinator regarding client payment issues
Perform all financial management/billing functions; generate reports following established
procedures.
Complete all office functions including word processing, photocopy, fax, and data entry into Netsmart
Avatar.

**Qualifications**:
HS diploma/GED
One year of office clerical/administrative experience that demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in
office systems and procedures. Related office experience in a healthcare environment a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word; familiarity with other PC programs and internet.
Well-developed time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
Sincere desire to facilitate billing issues for clients to help effect continuous care.

benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
