LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Fitness Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of Fitness Managers include:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
- Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.
LA Fitness offers a motivating work environment, competitive pay and complimentary gym membership. **Requirements for Fitness Manager include**:
- At least one year management experience and a 2 year college degree
- Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
- Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be courteous and tactful
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Austin, TX 78757: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
