Role Summary:
FP Movement is seeking an individual to support the brand marketing team. This individual will play a vital role in setting the team up for success by refining and implementing organizational processes across the brand marketing organization. This individual will be heavily involved with social media and influencer gifting strategies. Additionally, this role will be involved in supporting all planning, scheduling, development, and implementation across brand marketing initiatives. Further, this person will be responsible for taking notes, assisting with recaps, and helping facilitate a positive in-office environment.

The position may grow over time to include other brand marketing responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage daily organizational tasks to ensure the marketing team and office is running smoothly
- Support and manage gifting initiatives for influencer and social media teams
- Assist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaigns
- Assist with monthly expense tracking
- Assist with monthly and quarterly marketing recaps
- Take notes in relevant meetings and send timely recaps to the team
- Maintain marketing image library
- Support and assist onsite for brand events and photoshoots
- Some occasional night and weekend events required

Role Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
- Extremely organized
- Strong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitask
- A collaborative, “team-first” attitude and willingness to move quickly
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred, but not required
