**Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee the implementation of iSolved for new clients from start to finish.
- Utilize Zoho Projects to manage implementation tasks, set deadlines, and track project completion.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely delivery.
- Update and maintain project tasks according to their completion status.
- Plan daily activities to ensure the timely completion of essential tasks.

**Leadership**:

- Delegate tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and skills.
- Regularly review team performance against set metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify training needs and create development plans for team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Set clear expectations for team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Customer Service**:

- Establish strong rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their needs.
- Proactively seek and utilize client feedback to improve products and services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client communications.
- Handle complex client inquiries and concerns exhibiting empathy and patience while providing solutions.

**Problem Solving & Technical Expertise**:

- Navigate other HRIS systems and integrate them with our solutions.
- Maintain a low error rate in data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of all processed data.
- Conduct data validation and verification procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Secure records containing sensitive information and adhere to company confidentiality policies.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions during the implementation process.

**Basic Skills**:

- Proficiency in HRIS software.
- Ability to set realistic timelines, while prioritizing urgent tasks/projects to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Convey information accurately and concisely in written reports and documents.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure seamless data flow and processing.
- Ensures all necessary paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping are accurately completed and filed.
- Pay close attention to dates and deadlines to avoid delays.
- Reviews data/reports meticulously, identifying and rectifying any errors before finalizing the task.

This role requires a dedicated leader with strong technical skills, an ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.

**Education and Experience**:

- 5 years Payroll Bureau servicing multiple clients simultaneously._

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer._

**Schedule**:
This is a full-time salary-exempt position. Your core hours will be Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Friday 8:30 to 2 pm Eastern Time.
