**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team in the Bay Area. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our educational products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, oversee the product development lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to product launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Translate user feedback, business requirements, and technical constraints into actionable product features and specifications.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to prioritize and execute product development initiatives.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in product management or product development roles, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education, technology, and creating impactful learning experiences for children.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
