The Visual Storytelling division of ESPN Creative Studio is a team of visual journalists, photo editors, developers, designers, concept artists and animators whose work reaches across all platforms at ESPN. We are responsible for editorial design and photography on the ESPN website and app, including custom microsites, special projects, branding, illustration, and data visualization. We concept, design, and direct television graphics for all of ESPN’s studio shows, live events, and ESPN+ original content as well as lead the creative identity for Andscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work under the direction of senior-level creative leaders on other ESPN platforms that the team supports, such as television graphics, ESPN+ key art, cross-company branding, social templates, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with creative and editorial partners to elevate ESPN’s storytelling.
- Create, update, and maintain various creative toolkits and style guides for the team.
- Adhere to established team workflows and processes.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of professional experience working within a creative studio or media organization, especially in the digital and mobile space.
- Curiosity around shifting industry trends in digital media.
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, and hierarchy.
- Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping in Figma.
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable work-from-home setup with dependable internet connection.***

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Preferred Education**:

- A College or Technical School degree in communications, electronics, television production or related field
