Description:
**Position Summary**:
The Accounting Administrator will fill a key role within the Accounting group. The position will support various Finance and Accounting functions for multi-million-dollar company and subsidiaries. Responsible for providing daily, month end and year end accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department personnel, ensuring that transactions are in accordance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures. Also responsible for maintaining membership and accounting database files.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing - invoice daily contracts, memberships & group meetings.
- Maintain membership database including new memberships, cancellations, and changes.
- Contact members on past due invoices.
- .Collaborate with internal teams to assist members.
- Utilize accounting software to input and track member data.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
