**Position Overview**: As an Overnight Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of guests during nighttime hours. This dynamic position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to a positive guest experience and the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Parking Lot Patrol
- Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot (every 30 minutes) for any suspicious activity. Ensure the safety of guests vehicles and report any issues.
- Guest Service Expediter
- Act as point of contact for guests arriving late at night. Assist Night Audit with check-ins/check-outs.
- Lobby/Public Space Upkeep
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Lobby and all public spaces including bar.
- Hallway Walks
- Regularly walk the hallways to ensure security and property rules are being followed (every Hour). Respond to noise complaints and any disturbances as needed.
- Provide assistance to Night Auditor if needed.
- Monitor Cameras
- Use our 30+ surveillance cameras to identify and report any unusual or suspicious activities on the property. Report to appropriate authorities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
