**Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Register students for classes and place/send out orders
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Assist with data entry

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology, hardware, and software quickly
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Association experience a plus

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment while utilizing your administrative skills. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting office operations, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
