Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations such as schools, churches, and chamber of commerce to promote CBV for staffing, residency and volunteering opportunities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate and determine selection criteria for open positions
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events and develop long-term recruiting strategies.
- Recruit and screen volunteers as needed for daily activities, recurring opportunities or special events

**Salary: $65,000**

**Requirements**:

- Position works 100% on site
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks
- Hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in long term care or healthcare is a plus
- Strong organization, planning and customer service skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of employees and volunteers
