Join our team at ITH Big Bear Lake Hostel and be an ultimate host to travelers visiting the mountains. You will work on the management team and ensure the operation is running up to excellent standards. This is a great entry-level opportunity if you want to pursue a job in hostel management.

Providing guests with a daily authentic local experience and insight into our mountain life culture so everyone who visits ITH is delighted. You will lead the management and leadership of a team of up to 4 staff who are inspired to work for you and ultimately achieve the company’s long-term objectives of creating the best hostels in the world.

This is a live-in position and it is vital that you have a love of the outdoors and small mountain communities in summer or winter.

Compensation:

- Micro Private Single Room with Shared Bathroom
- Access to Private Yurt when available
- Bi Weekly Pay
- Breakfast at the Hostel
- Staff Dinners at the Hostel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hostel or Hotel: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality Experience: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
