_**Matrimonial Legal Assistant**_

Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. is a mid-sized general practice law firm located in Westfield, NJ. Our firm provides matrimonial / family law counsel to a diverse range of clients, including global private and public corporations, national commercial insurance firms, healthcare institutions, trade associations, banks and financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, privately held businesses, professional corporations, and individuals in the New Jersey and Mid-Atlantic region. **Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Matrimonial Legal Assistant at Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. located in Westfield, NJ. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to legal work, including legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, and providing support to attorneys and clients. Previous family law experience is required.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide administrative assistance to attorneys
- Proficient in multitasking and organizing tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong research and analytical skills

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working as a Legal Assistant is required
- Family law / matrimonial experience is required
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Notary Public
- MS Office, iManage, and other industry specific platforms.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
