Service Writer/advisor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Transmit accurate information between customers and service technicians
- Schedule appointments for tire services, oil changes, suspensions, and other automotive services
- Assist with automotive sales by recommending additional services based on diagnostics
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Handle cash and credit transactions for services rendered
- overseeing shop procedures and scheduling

**Experience**:
The following skills and experience are preferred:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or as a mechanic
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in cash handling procedures

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
