**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** is seeking a **Technical Product Manager** to support our dynamic team in **Arlington, VA, El Segundo, CA, Huntington Beach, CA, Huntsville, AL, St Charles, Il, or Titusville, FL** In this position, you will develop and maintain software products for the next generation.

The Space, Intelligence & Weapon Systems (SI&WS) organization encompasses a diverse portfolio of mission-critical solutions that Boeing delivers to customers around the world. Our products advance our customers' abilities to protect, connect, and explore from seabed to space with integrated mission focused solutions.

The Digital Navigator Product Suite is an integrated, web based and real time Single Source of Truth platform. The platform is designed to support data driven decision making and cultural transformation by delivery of scalable AI/Data platforms and high value analytics products and services.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develops and manages multiple, complex project plans and deliverables.
- Develops and maintains a detailed product roadmap
- Provides input to determine complex project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle.
- Negotiates changes to project baselines.
- Monitors performance and drive enhancements to maximize value
- Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and Stakeholders
- Manages the incorporation of quality management systems for projects.
- Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals.
- Develops and executes project communication plans.
- Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Develops estimates and proposals for new business
- Ensures clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations
- Creates and champions communication plans, internally market capabilities and success stories
- Leads and creates communities to drive disruptive innovation in all aspects of our employee processes.

**This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. -120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- 3+ years of experience working with technical documentation, and /or technical information delivery
- Experience presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, in large and small groups
- 3+ years of experience leading a team and/or large project in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Environment

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Knowledge and/or experience within aviation industry
- 3+ years of experience in data science
- 3+ years of experience with agile project/program and software development project management
- 3+ years of experience working with SaaS architectures and with cloud-based development
- 3+ years of experience developing new products

**Typical Education / Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
