Maintenance Worker

**Part-Time Maintenance Position**

Part-Time Maintenance Position for a 235 unit mobile home park in Seminole, Florida

**Must have solid plumbing and overall maintenance experience and agree to be oncall for emergencies**

Duties to include:

- Tree trimming and power washing fences
- Repairing water leaks
- Maintain all equipment in good working order
- Cleaning Clubhouse bathrooms daily
- Cleaning and Buffing Clubhouse floors
- Set up for board meetings and other park functions at the clubhouse
- Painting clubhouse or other public areas
- Keeping the public areas neat and clean, including trash and dog poop removal
- Other duties as assigned

Starting pay $17 per hour, 4 hours a day, total of 20 hours per week

1 wk vacation pay, 20 hrs, at current rate of pay after 1 yr of service.

2 wks vacation pay, 20 hrs each, at current rate of pay after 3 years of service

6 paid holidays

Normal hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm
