**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative
**Primary Responsibility**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support Internal Sales colleagues to provide best in class service and sales support to customers
- Review customer PO's for accuracy
- Review open order report and advise customer of status when needed
- Enter, track and manage all customer returns
- Keep Outside Sales Team informed of any issues pertaining to their accounts using SFDC
- Provide effective communication and service to the customer base, including handling complaints and lost order reporting
- Accurately enter customer quotes in support of Sales team
- Work with Operations, Credit and Purchasing departments on any issues that affect quoting, selling or shipping to customers
- Act as liaison between Inside Sales Team and other departments
- Other administrative or operational tasks as assigned
- Dispersing overflow calls from switchboard filling in as needed
- Supporting Internal Customers / Departments with daily tasks
**Skill and Qualifications**
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility and multi-tasking, ability to undertake several tasks at once and manage them efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision
- Positive team attitude with attention to Admiral Care
- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior sales and Salesforce experience helpful
**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift, pull/push up to 10 lbs
