Your Role and Responsibilities

This role requires the Patch Management Administrator to understand Customer’s system architectures and operations, and to provide accurate and timely management of system and patching and upgrade tasks. The goal is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. Based upon strategic direction and initiatives, you must be able to deliver tactical results of agreed upon objectives; the position requires flexibility in your schedule to meet the patch management needs of our clients, and is under the direct supervision of the Lead Patching Engineer. You are responsible for facilitating customer upgrades and patching within the customer requested timeframes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working with the patching components of the major cloud hyperscalers, (GCP OS Patch Management, AWS Systems Manager, etc.
- Strong windows service and administration background, (Linux administration also a plus),
- Experiences working on patching and upgrades in a production environment. You are self-driven, hands on, and thrive on the attention to detail needed to provide excellent patch management experiences for our clients.
