**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma/GED Required and
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Prior Health Coach experience preferred.
- Mandatory completion of a health coach program provided by Franciscan Alliance, if not already a certified health coach (will be completed upon hire).
- CPR certified.
