Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team at Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC. As a key member of our sports medicine department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to student-athletes in competitive athletics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including ongoing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, conditioning, prevention, and education.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, coaches, and health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services and patient care.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs to minimize the risk of injury to student-athletes.
  • Collaborate with students and unlicensed personnel to provide guidance and support in athletic training and sports medicine.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in athletic training and sports medicine to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program.
  • Preferred: Master's degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program.
  • At least six months of experience as an athletic trainer, or new graduates with a strong passion for sports medicine.
  • Certification by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer.
  • Indiana Athletic Trainers Licensure or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
