NAIDA is seeking a certified Health and Wellness Coach to join our team as a Wellness Concierge. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and guidance to our clients as they embark on their wellness journeys. As a Wellness Concierge, you will receive a competitive salary and undergo a comprehensive 2-week training program to become acquainted with NAIDA's culture, approach, and product offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their wellness journey.
- Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' health and wellness goals, preferences, and needs.
- Develop personalized wellness plans and recommendations tailored to each client's individual goals and preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, services, and experiences for clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious wellness experience.
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting wellness plans as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and developments in the field of health and wellness to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the NAIDA team, including sales representatives, wellness practitioners, and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to client care.

**Requirements**:

- Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach from a recognized accrediting body.
- Previous experience in health coaching, wellness counseling, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end wellness environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for holistic wellness and empowering individuals to prioritize their health and well-being.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
