**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in accordance with the specific needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the home.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
- Scrub and disinfect kitchens, including appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet exteriors.
- Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring all dirt and debris are removed.
- Sweep and mop hard floors, such as tile, hardwood, and laminate.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
- Manage and provide all necessary cleaning supplies for each job, ensuring you have the appropriate tools and products to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and preferences, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, representing Paragon Maids LLC positively at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of residential cleaning experience.
- Must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation: You must have your own vehicle to travel to and from clients' homes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Compensation**:

- Flat rate per job, estimated between $20 and $40 per hour based on job complexity and time to completion.
