Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. This is a full-time position in a warehouse setting. Duties: - Coordinate and supervise production activities, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress - Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products - Train and mentor production team members on proper techniques and procedures - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment - Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications - Maintain inventory levels and order necessary materials - Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Qualifications: - Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role - Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
