Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in dental billing and accounts receivable or related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Payment posting
- Collection of outstanding balances from patients
- Credentialing/Enrollment
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process billing claims
- Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve any coding or billing discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental coding guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with the billing team members to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
- Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims and denials

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dental coding, billing, or collections
- Proficiency in dental terminology
- Familiarity with dental office software systems (Dentrix and Open Dental)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
