We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the creation of exciting new products and their categories.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Product Development**: Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer expectations. Be the key driver of the programs and their creation.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with design, engineering, and sales teams to develop product specifications, create prototypes, and ensure successful product launches including product packaging using internal and external resources.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience dealing with offshore manufacturers.
- **Product Testing and Validation**: Coordinate and conduct product testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure the final product meets quality and performance standards.
- **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage production processes.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- **Customer Focus**: Incorporate customer feedback and insights into the product development process to ensure products meet customer needs and enhance user experience. Experience working with key USA retailers.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of product development processes, project status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Outstanding communicator in multiple modalities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of product safety and compliance standards.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
