**YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - HRIS SPECIALIST**
This full-time human resources position typically works the **day shift** with **some scheduling flexibility** depending on the workload.
As a Customer Service Rep - HRIS Specialist, you're responsible for assisting clients with specialized reporting and data management as well as escalating client issues regarding our services. You manage client requests through our case ticketing system and communicate with management about meeting or changing deadlines. To provide timely and accurate solutions, you promptly troubleshoot client questions and engage with other team members as needed to ensure all client case tickets are resolved.
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Knowledge of benefits, payroll, human resources, timekeeping, general ledger, SQL, or report writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
A college degree in human resources, technology, or a related field is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. We are looking for a driven individual with exceptional organizational skills and a can-do attitude.
