12-month contract, with potential for extension, or conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need.

Hybrid - M-TH in office, Friday work from home.

Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are made available after 90 days. There are no additional benefits provided during the contract period.

Telecom experience is ideal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead regional projects and innovation, ensuring smooth execution.
- Serve as a liaison between NI&O, districts, and cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate implementation and provide training for uniformity.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor KPIs and OKRs closely.
- Identify and implement standards and best practices for efficiency.
- Collaborate with district teams to enhance processes and customer experience.
- Utilize LEAN/PDCA methods for district improvement.
- Generate reports to analyze and improve process efficiencies and performance.
- Proactively solve problems and manage ambiguity for success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of telecommunications experience required
- Minimum five (5) years of project management experience with measured results
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Principles, or PMP is advantageous.
- Experience working with Microsoft products, especially Excel and Power BI

- Curiosity, initiative, and drive, along with the ability to quickly learn new technology, and a willingness to think strategically and tactically will be critical to success in this position
- Ability to diagnose workflow problems and institute remedies
- The individual must possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct himself/herself with the greatest degree of professional integrity.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Hybrid schedule: Mon-Thurs in office; option to work remote on Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
