Role Summary:
Anthropologie Living is looking for a PD and Design Coordinator to support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in scheduling & coordinating short/long term meetings. Keeping overview of multidepartment needs & requirements as they relate to own brand collection. You will maintain key cross functional relationships with internal partners: design, buying and production. You will initiate & project manage special initiatives & report KPI’s related to those projects.

Role Responsibilities:

- Analyze design/development class line plans & Report workflow needs.
- Build & maintain owned brand development calendar, manage communication.
- Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar.
- Manage department & cross functional team special initiatives, building presentations, reporting on time & action goals, and facilitate alignment between departments.
- Coordinate logistics and planning in Anthro Home finalization space (B17) for key meetings, create /manage SOP’s for space planning in Home set up space.

Role Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required.
- Ability to analyze design & pd process, advise on strategies to achieve goals.
- Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. manage time effectively.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Capable of running meetings and keeping the team on task.
- Education: Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
