Front Office Supervisor

Front Desk Supervisor duties include but not limited to:
- Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
- Ensures guest is assigned type of room reserved and credit/method of payment is established at the time of check-in.
- Takes incoming calls and makes on-site rooms reservations when needed.
- Check-in and check-out guests, preparing and reviewing bill to guest satisfaction.
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Warm and friendly interaction with guests, in person and by phone.
- Participate in the Manager on Duty program.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
**Requirements**:
- Flexible schedule is must. (work weekends/holidays/overnights)
- Positive can do attitude.
- Service/restaurant/hotel experience a plus.
