**What does our Sales Quality Data Clerk do?**

The Sales Quality Data Clerk supports Sales by providing administrative, coordination, audits and support activities where needed by entering and auditing accurate sales data on a daily basis Sales audits allow Rentokil to consider their marketing tactics and sales history. During a sales audit, it's necessary to examine the collaboration between the sales team and other departments within the company to ensure that employees are working toward the same goals.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Have basic knowledge of all operating systems, sales processes, billing, retention.
- General knowledge of sales policies as it relates to the different positions (commercial/residential) and service types.
- Enter or audit accurate Sales data on a daily basis.
- Maintain Sales policies and SOPs
- Analyze Sale entry data and make suggestions for improvement
- Analyze new customer data to ensure all billing, scheduling, credits and commissions are in line with expectations.
- Maintain relationships with Sales Representatives.
- Communicate with Sales, Specialists, Office Administrative Assistants and Sales Leadership to ensure all colleagues are focused on compliance across all markets
- Possess knowledge of the Sales, understand impacts of correct and incorrect data entry, and know the cancellation, reactivation, and new sales policies.

**What do you need?**
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1+ years of finance and sales experience
- Must have an understanding of Sales entry, sales credits and commission processes.
- Must also be able to understand our billing process
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
