**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement program strategies to meet organizational goals
- Lead program design, planning, and execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor project performance
- Conduct root cause analysis to address program issues and risks promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Oversee team management activities and provide guidance and support as needed
- Communicate program updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders regularly
- Utilize project management tools such as Redmine and Salesforce for efficient project tracking
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of project planning methodologies and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in earned value management principles
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Familiarity with contract management processes and negotiations
