The Superintendent oversees the operations of a construction site, from planning to completion. The duties will vary, however, expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.
- Project mobilization, and execution
- Job site set up
- Manage document records upkeeping/updating
- Responsible for ensuring red line drawings are up to date and ready for trades
- Responsible for OSHA compliance
- Manage project housekeeping
- Assure contractual compliance of materials and workmanship
- Secure required inspections and approvals
- Compliance with all requirements listed in specs
- Collaborate with client’s field personnel and maintain a productive/positive relationship with all parties
- Prepare interim punch list to ensure quality control
- Reduce project sales cost by nurturing repeat Clients
- Maintain a healthy relationship with subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain a healthy relationship with Corporate Holdings employees
- Ability to establish and meet individual project objectives

This Job Is:
