Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for facilitating smooth real estate transactions? Our established Escrow Office is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team in Costa Mesa. As a pivotal part of our operation, you will manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Requirement 5+ years of experience for Escrow Officer Position.**

**Escrow Officer Duties**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open escrow accounts and process transactions in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough title searches, resolve title issues, and coordinate title insurance.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including deeds, mortgages, and settlement statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the escrow process.
- Conduct closing meetings, ensuring all parties sign necessary documents and understand the terms.
- Efficiently manage funds distribution, including down payments, commissions, and lender funds.
- Record deeds and other legal documents with local government entities.
- Close out escrow accounts upon completion of transactions, providing a final settlement statement to all parties.
