**How you will lead**:

- Use data to drive decisions and outcomes, ensuring data informs all recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing, recruiting, and assessment strategies for a variety of engineering roles, including senior-level positions, across units.
- Support business leaders in defining and articulating talent requirements.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment; sourcing and networking to build pipelines that support our diversity and inclusion goals.
- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including interview training, process management, offer negotiation, and new-hire onboarding.
- Provide hiring team’s expert guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide hiring insights and analysis to business and TA leaders.Build a strong talent community/network by leading and mentoring other recruiters/sourcers.
- Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on hiring compliance, immigration, and relocation policies and practices.
