We are seeking a dynamic and organized Accounts payable manager to oversee various administrative functions within our company. They will be responsible for managing HR activities, scheduling, accounts payable, budgeting, purchasing, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Human Resources**:

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits and assist with employee relations issues.

2. **Scheduling**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for staff and management.

3. **Accounts Payable**:

- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute payments to vendors.

4. **Budgeting**:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and track expenses against budgetary targets.
- Generate financial reports for management review.

5. **Purchasing**:

- Source and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage and maintain inventory and reorder budgets
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing practices are followed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
