**The Big Task**:
You will evaluate the customers’ needs in an empathetic way and make them feel that they are making the right choice with Lascko Services as you book the call.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting the brand.
- Perform outbound calls on previously submitted proposals for work, with the ability to offer customers additional incentives to proceed.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional, and practice new ways to improve your skill.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
