We are seeking an engaging, energetic Leasing Manager that will be responsible for general leasing and supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Show and lease available apartments.
- Post and monitor ads daily
- Answer the telephone and practice professional leasing techniques.
- Have a good understanding of the market area where the community is located and stay up to date on market conditions.
- Keep accurate records of resident and property activities.
- Conduct move-in for new residents
- Collect and record rents and deposits.
- Comply with Fair Housing Laws.
- Perform any and all functions as requested by the Community Manager in addition to those outlined.
- Implement and manage marketing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

- Possess a valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
- 2+ years experience in property management with a strong preference for experience at larger properties
- Yardi or industry-related software is a strong plus
- Marketing savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel
