**Overview**
The managerial position entails overseeing the integral facility functions responsible for providing essential business support to our agency's clinical management and field staff. Managing one or more functions, including Audits Support, Billing Consultation & Unbilled, Call Handling, Documentation, MD Orders, Office Support, Scheduling & Weekends, the Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of all facets within their purview. Operating under general supervision, they are tasked with orchestrating these critical functions to meet the objectives of VNS Personal Care.
**Compensation**:
$70,200.00 - $87,700.00 Annual

**What You Will Do**
- Manages staff across various functions/pods (Audits Support, Billing Consultation & Unbilled, Call Handling, Documentation, MD Orders, Office Support, Scheduling & Weekends) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manages staffing levels in the supported functions/pods, oversees timekeeping, approves leave requests, and manages scheduling adjustments. Reviews productivity reports, identifies trends, and collaborates with CORE management to implement corrective measures as needed.
- Addresses escalated issues within the pod, identifies trends, and provides recommendations for corrective actions to higher management.
- Contributes to setting productivity standards and participates in quality assurance programs for business operations, providing feedback to ensure staff meets standards.
- Stays updated on policy and procedure changes, facilitates implementation of operational procedures and communicates changes to staff.
- Collaborates with CORE management in budget planning and coordinating communication and workflow procedures.
- Performs managerial duties including staff training, conducting interviews, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for employment actions.
- Engages in special projects and fulfills other assigned duties as needed.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- Associate's Degree in Finance, Business, Management, Health Administration, or other related discipline - OR—the equivalent combination of education and work experience Required.

**Work Experience**:

- A minimum of five years of progressive administrative services/facilities management experience is required.
- Proficiency in personal computer software preferably Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word.
