**Job Opening Summary**:
Coordinates and evaluates the quality of nursing/patient care, financial stability and service productivity. The clinical coordinator is responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees.
**Job Opening Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree required.
**Licensure/Certification/Registration**:
- Must have current Florida registered nurse license.
- ACLS and BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
- NIH required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Specialty certifications within 1 year of position, as appropriate.
**Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required**:
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
- Maintains/exceeds all specialty educational requirements.
**Shift hours**:
