We are currently looking for a **Compliance Analyst **_to work with the _Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)_. The position will be primarily located in New York, NY._

**Primary Responsibilities**

Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to construction contracts and awarded projects; develop and deliver elaborate statistics, offering valuable insights for informed decision-making within the organization's construction management processes and overall Business Program objectives.

Maintain and update the proprietary MTA database with relevant contractor financial, surety bonding, and licensing data.

Leverage advanced functionalities in Microsoft Excel to streamline management and administrative tasks, including creating standardized presentations for performance metrics.

Perform extensive background review of contractors, utilizing subscriber service databases to aid findings related to bankruptcies, lawsuits, liens, judgments, UCCs, labor law violations, debarments from public work, company financials, and incorporation status.

Created standardized presentation comprised of program and contractor performance metrics, utilized for program events and executive meetings.

Review pencil copies and requisitions packages and process the same in a timely manner.

Maintain and update contractor records in the program database.

Preparation and filing of all correspondence with contractors.

Prepare and maintain various program reports as required

**Mandatory Requirements**

College Degree or equivalent work experience (3 years in a business environment)

Minimum 2 Year Experience construction administration and data analysis/processing

Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a requirement.

**Preferred Requirements**

Prior experience working directly for a public transit agency

Experience working with the MTA

Experience working within the construction sector

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
